If they only did one set, similar in size to the TDKR set, it would include Thor, Loki, and Malekith.

Honestly, the minifig I want the most is Algrim, because I want a dark elf that looks like a drow (Dungeons & Dragons dark elf). This is unlikely to happen for three reasons. 1. TLC doesn't usually make a whole lot of ethnically diverse minifigs, for whatever reason. 2. Algrim, I think, will have black skin more so than dark brown (like Nick fury and War Machine), which causes its own sets of problems - does it look too much like "blackface?" Can you even see any facial features like eyes and mouth? etc. 3. ***SPOILER*** Algrim will turn into Kurse, who looks different, at some point in the film. If a set includes Algrim or Kurse, they are gonna pick Kurse I bet.

Obviously, getting Odin, Jane Foster, Sif, the Warriors Three (Hogun would be the first skin-colored Asian since... Indiana Jones?), Hiemdall (another African American, or should I say African-Asgardian?), and generic dark elves in a set would be great but, in a three-fig set, they are gonna pick Thor, Loki, and Malekith, hands down.

EDIT: I also want to say I am disappointed that Malekith is played by a white guy with half his face scarred or burnt. He ought to be a black guy (like a drow) with half of his face bluish-white necrotic flesh because... he lives half in the realm of the dead? I think?
