Fortunately, Good Cop has control over the Scribble Face side. I was worried they'd do another personality.

Lord Business erases the good side off so Bad Cop could Kragle his parents without the good side telling him not to. Later, Bad Cop scribbles a face on his other side in order to not be bad, and save the Master Builders.

One side has a mind of it's own. Erasing his face doesn't erase his mind, but rather disables it from controlling until a new face is scribbled on.
