Ok, I think its only on TDOS and TH: AUJ for these reasons:
1. If you watch the game trailer, It ONLY has clips from the FIRST two.
2. The photo for it was found in the DESTOLAINTION OF SMAUG SETS and the third movie WAS already comfirmed before the first was even out.
3. The Xbox one and The PS 4 are on their for gaming systems. They were reveled AFTER the first hobbit, and as I stated before, The third movie had already been confirmed when the hobbit: a unexpected journey came out.
4. It has been said to be realeased in SPRING, and the third movie comes out in SUMMER if im not mistaken from Peter Jacksons realease date THAT HE TOLD HIMSELF!!!!!!!
5. Guys, this has nothing to do about the viedo game, but check out this lego trailer. IT ROCKS!!!!!!!
I think the trailer has only clips from An Unexpected Journey. I haven't seen Desolation of Smaug yet, so correct me if I'm wrong about the trailer and if you recognize something from Desolation of Smaug in that trailer. It is common for the first trailers for a LEGO Game to show only scenes from the first movie it covers. And I think the Spring release was only leaked by news sites and not LEGO themselves. And There and Back Again will be released in December 2014. And the teaser poster directly mentions There and Back Again in the fine print. And what does the Xbox One and PS4 have to do with including TaBA?

There is a clip with Legolas and Tauriel, that's the only clip from Desolation of Smaug.
It'll probably be like Indiana Jones, with another game covering all of them.
I'd rather wait another year or two instead of paying like $50 each on a game just to get another part.
And I enjoyed playing through Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. They didn't need to redo the trilogy, especially since they split Crystal Skull into three parts and the original game's adaptation of the movies were better than the sequel's. In my opinion, Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was the best adaptation in the game. It might not be perfect as there are differences from the movie, but the first game didn't have an adaptation to compare it to. However, Crystal Skull is separate from the original trilogy. There was a nineteen year difference between the two, Indy is an old man, and it has a lot of negative reviews. However, There and Back Again will be released a year after Desolation of Smaug. And it is all part of the same book. And with two movies, how many levels would there be in each movie? Crystal Skull deserved it's own game than There and Back Again. And Sparrow said something about a cliffhanger. How often has a LEGO game ended in a cliffhanger? LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game had a To Be Continued after a bonus level, but what about the other games? Or maybe the Darth Vader transformation of Revenge of the Sith can be considered a cliffhanger. But let's look at the other games? LEGO Star Wars II had that Ewok celebration. LEGO Indiana Jones had Indy, Sallah, and Brody riding to the sunset while Henry carried his horse. Yep, no foreshadowing Crystal Skull there. LEGO Batman, after all the bad guys are locked-up in Arkham, Batman and Robin see the Bat-signal and spring into action, and the last bit of info on the Batcomputer said "The end...?" Well, crime never stops in Gotham and you can replay the levels. LEGO Indiana Jones 2, the flying saucer flies into the "space between spaces" and Indy's hat fell onto Mutt's head. And they all chuckled. No cliffhanger there. LEGO Harry Potter, Lord Voldemort returned, but the story continued after Harry fought him and escaped and there was still the ending with the Durmstrang and Bauxbatons students leaving and everyone waving goodbye. No cliffhanger there. LEGO Star Wars III, the Zillo Beast was carried away. No cliffhanger. LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean, after Jack left Angelica on an island. She later finds Jack's hat in the water and prepared to throw coconuts at it. What threat can Angelica pose? I don't know. All I know is she wants revenge. LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7, Harry and friends are grown up and sending their kids to school. LEGO Batman 2, Brainiac finds Earth, an obvious cliffhanger. However, this scene can explain why Brainiac was in Central Park. But can't you still find him before beating the game? LEGO Lord of the Rings, Aragorn was crowned king andFrodo was sent off on a ship. LEGO City Undercover, Chase lets Officer Dunby arrest Rex Fury and the screen closed out on a Sentinel. LEGO Marvel, the villains were given a head start as Hulk was counting. How did Desolation of Smaug end again? I haven't seen it yet but as I put out so many spoilers, I think it is time I get spoiled to Desolation of Smaug.

Does it count as spoilers if the book is at least 70 years old? :P
I don't usually care about spoilers. So even if I am going to see it this weekend, I wouldn't care if someone talks about the ending. Unless it would be an ending as bad as Doc Ock defeating Spider-Man in Superior #9.
Well, it ended with Bilbo, Ori, Nori, Dori, Balin, Dwalin, and Thorin seeing Smaug fly off to Lake-town, where he would eventually destroy it. So it was a BIG cliffhanger.
