Actually, you're both wrong. Marvel/Disney recently made a deal with Sony. The deal was that Marvel/Disney got the merchandising rights to Spider-Man(And, something else was said, but I forgot). And how do you think this SDCC Comic-Con Exclusive was made? They did this illegally? No. They could've made some EPIC sets. I mean, have you seen the trailer? I have an idea for, like, 8 sets already. But for some reason, they wasted it on some Comic-Con Exclusive. Go figure.

<p>Actually, I'm still right. As Marvel/Disney DOES have the merch rights, they still need to sign with SONY. Everything being sold at Disney Stores Amazing Spider-Man related must go through SONY first. Lego would have needed permission from SONY for the SDCC figure to be made. And I hope you know, ComicBookMovie is an illegitimate source and most of what they post is immature and incorrect and just plain stupid.
