Also, Killer would be the most marketable one, correct, but to keep Killer Croc's value, he cannot appear in a new set like Nightwing, he was extremely rare and valuable but since he came out recently in a new set, he lost almost 81% of his value.

Anyone can remove a thread, and I believe anyone can bring it back as well, but it's been a while since I tried. :P Locking doesn't seem to be a feature unless you're an admin, though. As for Killer Croc, why would LEGO care about resale value on a secondary market? If anything, they seemed to be against collectors selling minifigures for lots of money when the minifigures could have been in the hands of kids who would play with them. LEGO not recreating a minifigure so that the original no longer being sold stays valuable doesn't make much sense.
