They announced that it will still be NYC and also the movies playable will be just the avengers films

hobbit had two films. but don't worry they did say there are going to be bonus levels like in LMSH so maybe they are based off other MCU films.

What about the hub? AoU does not take place in Manhattan. Do you think there will be a different hub for each movie, like lego Jurassic world?

It partially does and they already said that it would be NYC in the game-play trailer so maybe there is like an extra place like the helicarrier that you can go that is like Sokovia or something. I would love Sokovia. It would be a nice change from the hussle and bussle of The Big Apple.
