I think Wakanda is unlikely, as we never actually say it in the film, but I actually think that a Stark/Avengers tower interior is highly likely.

That city has a name but I can't remember what it was. If you watch the ign gameplay the developer talks about recreating the scene and mentions the city's name.

I just discovered that in an interview they said that it would be the two avengers films & MORE and NYC & MORE, so we don't know what they mean by more yet but fingers crossed for Sokovia.
