Dudes, I hate to break it to you, but this is Lego we're talking about. If you look back at the history of Lego video games, movies and other media no character has ever properly died. A big example of this would be Zane from Ninjago who supposedly died at the end of season 3, but he came back in season 4. So the answer is pretty much no and don't forget that even though characters like Théoden in lotr may have died, but it's Lego, characters can come back. Finally Lego is aimed at kids, the Lego group wouldn't want any of their sole characters dying cause that may frighten little kids.

I know but sometimes they make deaths look FUNNY for example Boromir got killed by a BANANA
