The Earth Blue Pointy Cape is Part 56630. If you remove the shoulder pad from the Jay Eyepatch Skybound minifigure and put Part 56630 on him, you get Bluelectro. For Green Lantern Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon, you need Part 43753 (Lloyd's hairpiece), Part 3626cpb1035 (Lloyd's head), Part 973pb1860c01 (Green Lantern Hal Jordan's Torso) and Part 970c06pb03 (Green Lantern Hal Jordan's hips). Then take a picture of either of the custom DC Comics Ninjago Minifigures and upload them on the Lego Fandom. Only one picture of a single minifigure. One picture of two Minifigures don't count.
