A week ago, the Ninjago and LEGO community suffered a great loss following the sudden passing of Kirby Morrow. Having played Cole since 2011, Morrow was a stable of Ninjago for many. We think that it is appropriate to do our next wiki event in honor of him.

The objective of this event is to showcase the fantastic acting that Kirby Morrow did and the impact it had on us. Using any format, create a piece that showcases your memories of Kirby Morrow or his work. For example, this could mean building your favorite Cole moment or drawing a portrait. Feel free to interpret this however you wish.

LEGO models must only contain official LEGO pieces. No fanmade molds, Mega Contrux, Kreo, or the like will be accepted. Builds using online software (LDD, stud.io, Ldraw) are allowed. Please try and stay away from using existing sets as much as possible.

Creations in videogames are discouraged but will be accepted as long as all models used are created by yourself. What’s acceptable here varies based on the game so if you are planning on doing this please ask ahead of time.

Submit your creations either on the wiki Discussion page or on The Brick Hotel Discord server. Entries will be voted on by members of The Brick Hotel Discord Server which can be found here: https://discord.gg/yQTZ2AX

One first-place winner will receive: 2170 Cole DX, One BIONICLE set selected from 70784-70789 to be determined at a later date, 40253 Christmas Build-Up

One second-place winner will receive: A $15 LEGO.com gift card

While this event will close on December 27th, feel free to continue to show work in memory of Kirby beyond then. Due to the nature of the prizes in this event, only residents of the continental US and Canada will be eligible for set prizes. However, a counter prize of a $30 LEGO.com gift card will be offered.
