Depends on your definition of Adult. In my opinion, I'd also consider the MCU to be pretty adult.

I mean like overly sexual and violent. Mcu is usually pg-13 level (namely barely blood). But the simpsons and Beetlejuice have a lot of sex jokes and stranger things, Beetlejuice, and gremlins are all very violent (bloody).
