I liked the first Lego movie better. The second one did not have very good dialogue and the new characters, like the queen, creeped me out.

Yes, since it needs the following things:

• Needs to be a crossover between The Lego Movie, The Lego Ninjago Movie and The Lego Batman Movie, due to all three films being owned by Warner Bros.

• According to producer Dan Lin (owner of Rideback). Lin promises that the creative team has "reinvented" the LEGO world for the third film.

• The third movie will take place (at least in part) at a LEGO Convention and also involve the LEGO characters revisiting Legoland, confirming that 4-D is canon all along.

• ----- Now that Finn and Bianca are on better terms, they'll probably want an outlet to show off their creations with other LEGO enthusiasts. This will be a cool way to show how other people play with LEGO, and interpret it as the LEGO characters travelling through a nexus of multiple realities. It could also be a way to bring in more cameos from technic sets like Bionicle or Hero Factory ------

• The villain could be Lex Luthor, OMAC, Risky Business and Garmadon.

• More characters will be introduced, such as Clutch Powers and even characters from Nexo Knights and Monkie Kid.

• At some point, Finn and Bianca will run into the kid from The Lego Ninjago Movie, and discover he likes Lego like them. From there, they will start playing Lego together. From there, they will come to learn about each other through their respective minifigures (Emmett Brickowski for Finn, Queen Watevra Wa'Nabi/General Mayhem for Bianca, and Lloyd Garmadon for the kid), and that's how their relationship is formed, which we see in the adventure(s) Emmett, Queen Watevra Wa'Nabi/General Mayhem, and Lloyd Garmadon go on.
