Like the first sets for Spider-Man: No Way Home or the set of Dr. Strange, Thanos bigfigure from Avengers: Infinity War doesn't looks so much with his real form, it looks a little but no so much. Or a set of Avengers: Endgame, Thanos holds a hammer (???) and Hulk was in the fight (???) or also the fight was in the wrong place (???).

That stuff is all based on concept art so its not LEGO’s vault. Its marvel’s fault for updating visuals late or withholding info
