I knew that Batman will be dropped out from The Lego Movie 3 due to licensing issue from Warner Bros. as Universal Pictures is going to acquire the own rights to this film's franchise because The Lego Ninjago Movie and The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part were both box office bombs worldwide, including somewhere at American-based movie theaters, and that's what I saw from the Wikipedia article about The Lego Movie franchise.
