Actually Green Arrow's whole costume is based on the New 52 version (he doesn't have a beard in most New 52 comics, this pic he does but it's the suit you need to look at.)

And it isn't "Captain Marvel". The minifigure itself is based on the classic but actually called Shazam which suggests they're using New 52 names/teams. Hence why Cyborg probably more likely to be a Justice Leaguer rather than a Titan.

Yet Batgirl, Damian Wayne, Nightwing are based on the New 52 designs. As are the character designs in the upcoming game which features Cyborg as part of the Justice League...

Don't get me wrong, I'd absolutely love it if it were true, I had been trying to design a Black Manta submarine in LDD a while back so that would be an ideal set for me especially if we get a new variant of Aquaman, a Black Manta and maybe even Mera or Ocean Master, but until I see pictures (leaked or official) I find it hard to believe.
Also GArrow101, I don't think they would do them based on Arrow because it's aimed at an older audience BUT I really want an official Green Arrow minifig! Hate that it was a SDCC exclusive, I want that, Phoenix, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Bizarro and Shazam!

I would love to see (and own) an Aquaman set where you get Black Manta and Mera. I'm also hoping for a Flash set and Wonder Woman set. Maybe a Batman set with Killer Croc or Firefly. A Superman set would be great too.
With Marvel I've only really been collecting film based sets (Avengers and Iron Man 3) although I got the Wolverine set cheap which is why I bought it. So with Marvel all I really want to see is Thor: The Dark World sets, Captain America: The Winter Soldier sets, Guardians of the Galaxy sets etc. If we're really lucky, we'd get Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2 sets but I'm not holding out hope.
On the other hand, with DC, I'd like multiple sets including sets for the upcoming Superman/Batman film which will be the sequel to Man of Steel. Other than Man of Steel 2 sets, I'd like to see the following:

That would be epic. Or the "Legends" episodes. There's countless numbers of ideas, I just gave quite a few examples. Cut it with only Batman sets for a year or two, and make some Justice League sets! Arrow sets! Hell, make more Batman sets with people like Green Arrow, Huntress, Batgirl, and Nightwing. My point is, don't recycle the same superhero in different sets. It just gets boring. They don't do this with Marvel. Although there's been more Iron Man sets, they've branched into Spider-Man, the Avengers (which contained 2 Iron Mans) but they can't do JLA? I have been trying to do this big superhero match with Marvel and DC ever since I was young, and LEGO makes it even better. But, DC lacks differing heroes, so it makes it difficult. The villains vary, not the heroes for DC. If you don't believe me, go to the Superheroes theme and look for yourself. There's an over abundance of Batmans, some Superman, and Wonder Woman Aquaman and Robin. (and Green Arrow and Green Lantern, but those are comic-con exclusives, not ones that you can get in a set) Or if they are against my ideas, do a superhero Minifigure theme line (a branch of Minifigures) Make as many JLA heroes as you want (NOT COSTUMES OF BATMAN) and do the same for Marvel. Their minifigure lines sell well, so this would too! Especially if you do a Mr. Gold type and throw in Booster Gold for DC as a rare 1/5,000 chance! Make it fun and rare and interesting (although I like that idea, I'd like to see sets go along with them, not just Minifigures.
The founding Justice Leaguers are usually either Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), and Cyborg, or Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), and Martian Manhunter. Although the founding lineup varies A LOT. But I get your point.
You missed out Flash (Barry Allen).
I hope for Thor: The Dark World sets although I'm unsure when they'll be released. Maybe January 2014 but then that's after the film's release so dunno on that one.
