I made a new wiki previously posted below and it was deleted? Technically I think I am allowed to promote the launching of a new wiki...
Besides a lot of people were thinking about checking it out.
I can't decipher that. lol
If only that was my problem... lol.
Please do check it out!
It doesn't matter, first off. If people wanted it, they can have it. It doesn't have to be official, and it certainly doesn't have to be RELATED to Brickipedia, I was purely and passively promoting it. Second, if you truly hate the idea of this, then fine. You need to have an easily accessible index of some custom content, whoever chooses to display it there. Third, you need to be able to divide content amongst themes or ideas. Fourth, you need to be more accepting of new ideas. I digress.
There is a reason I had a poll. There are MANY people that voted to have the new wiki. I am going to repost this and I would really appreciate if you would not delete it. It's not like anyone's being forced to go or forced to look at the post. I am not going to just sit around and "discuss" this because I feel like doing something. Please respect my opinion and let it be posted. You do not have to join nor do you have to agree.

Lego Sets and Series wiki! I am making the final touches to it and it has my Custom content already to read through at launch if people don't want to make stuff and just want to read.
Okay everyone! The poll is over and the results were: In the favor of making the new wiki!
It's interesting I must admit. I've been looking at it. Perhaps it could be a healthy alternative if the plan fails in the long run.
Just scroll up I gave my reasons why I won't
Original being new themes or brand ideas.
It's close except there is no ORIGINAL content. I'm planning on making content unrelated to any offical lego stuff. But a nice alternative, I must admit.
About halfway through voting it looks like more people like the idea.
I went through it in the form. I took it. Also I completely agree Lavertus. Wikis do not get popular very quickly most of the time. I've been developing it for some time since the post. I think that over a few years or so maybe it'll grow into something great. And I understand with the custom theory but I think that if it was something that Brickipedia noticed in the sense of being a partner with it. I mean, if we do that, it will look enticing.
That's precisely why I want to become a partner wiki with Brickipedia. It'll get recgonized. The other wiki would NOT work and this wiki has ZERO exposure to fan content. You have to look for it actively, not search for it casually.
Also, vote plez.
That's A. Lowkey dead. B. Not great format (I really, really don't want to explain this) and C. It wasn't made in harmony with anything else. It's kind of severed from everything else. I'm trying to form ties with the Hidden Side and Ninjago Fan Wiki. Idk. Im working on it and that isn't exactly what I'm looking for.
Relax. I'm not doing any of that. I'm going to stop and hopefully you will too. I just want to see this come to fruition.
It doesn't matter. All that does is the fact that you support the IDEA not the actual thing, I guess.
Yeah. I had a separate option for that that agreed but wouldn't show up. Instead you clicked no altogether implying that you did not want the wiki to be created. Also I wouldn't lure them away so much as shelter all the custom creations by people. The canon and factual content would stay here, rightfully.
