What are the origins of this minifig? It's the Skateboarder from minifigure series 1, but it's a zombie. Found it on: BrickOwl
I'm not completely sure, but off the top of my head, it's 6218 in Sand Red
Thanks!
Those are indeed originals! They're not quite "rare", but the red is the harder to find of the 3.
Does anyone know how to take apart a classic duplo figure? I have one in my collection, and the head may or may not have popped off, so I'd like to repair it. By "classic" I mean the old 70's-90's style.
I thought so, because it literally looks like it was built and sat on a shelf
So, I have the 8671 Ferrari 430 Spider, and there should be 8 2x4 (3020) red plates, but mine has 8 2x4 (3709) red plates with holes. Is this a factory error?
Went to a thrift store hoping to find msc lego. Sadly, I didn't find any, but oddly enough, they had a whole aisle just for lego stuff. The only think I picked up was this Frodo case for $5
Thank you!
My neighbour was cleaning out an old room, and found some Lego his son left behind, and decided to give them to me! It was a big pile of random put together things, but after cleaning, searching, and building, I found out I have the sets:
8635 Mobile Command Center
7259 ARC-170 Starfighter
8136 Fire Crusher
8671 Ferrari 430 Spider 1:17
8272 Snowmobile
Just thought it would be cool to share my haul lol
UPDATE: Darth Vader was in there randomly, and he was holding a trans-blue lightsaber with a chrome hilt. The only set this specific Darth Vader came in (the one with the eyebrows) that had a blue lightsaber was Cloud City (2003). This is further hinted at, as I have 1 white 2x2 cylinder that was with him and Cloud city only had 1. Wouldn't that be awesome if Cloud City has been sitting just 100 feet from me my entire life?
UPUPDATE: Turns out, it's the Darth Vader from the 2006 Magnet set with Chewbacca and Obi Wan. Dang it. So what does that 2x2 go to?
OMG THANK YOU! That piece is so hard to find for some reason.
Thank you! Now to just find that elusive white part...
Thanks! For sizes, the White one has a standard 2x3 plate, with the plate on top being about 1x3. The small one is maybe 2 studs long.
Yes! They do both have them! I actually doubted the small one, but it's flat silver and it does indeed have the logo. I'd say its maybe 2014 - 2018 range. The white bracket is slightly yellowed, and I'd say it's from the 1986 - 1999 range.
I have these 2 interesting elements in my collection, but I haven't a clue what their part numbers are! Anybody know? (Sorry for the low quality)
Same here! I didn't get into the theme until the end of the Outlands wave. The Lions and Wolves deffy had my fave designs. (I might like the theme because I'm a furry too lol)
So yeah, Legends of Chima was (and is) my favourite Lego theme I think ever other than Exo-Force. We can all agree the show was kinda crap, the voice acting sucked etc, but it felt like it could have gone somewhere and it just didn't. What do you guys think? I know it's like, nearly impossible, but do you think it could ever come back? People think it was a flop, but it ran for a good three years, longer than some themes did. AND CHIMA ONLINE, OMG I MISS YOU PLEASE COME BACK.
I'll say it, I'm not really a Bionicle fan, never have been. I recently got into it a bit more, and I see the appeal. I actually like the Barraki sets. They're a very interesting part of lego's history.
I've gotta clean him lol, he's little dusty.
I use to think these were rare lol
(Gonna stop posting now, unless you guys want to see more of my collection.)
