<p>Hawkeye and Deadpool are far from the best characters, to say the least. On the other side of the spectrum, you have well written, deep characters like Rocket Raccoon, Nova, and Wolverine. </p><p>Anyway, we should get back on topic. </p>

C-3P0 and R2-D2 didn't know because they had their memories wiped by Bail Organa. And what's wrong with the Senate scenes? Unless you are a kid that can't understand serious topics, politics is a major component of the Star Wars saga. <p>Many fans of Star Wars could argue that The Phantom Menace was an annoying, kiddy, Looney Tunes-esque abomination of a film. </p>

<p>They most definitely are not. There are so many reasons why they aren't, and the only thing to support the theory that they will be is that they appear at the end of the movie, as a cheap joke. </p>

<p>At this point, having Slender Man as the villain would be in bad taste. </p>
