<p>Maybe a Tech Suit, with a hacking arrow, or a Heat Suit, with a fire arrow? Green Arrow doesn't really change suits as often as Batman does, so it might be hard to think of suit ideas.

I know that Huntress is available, but I think it might be an arrow DLC exclusive only. Vixen will probably appear, since she was originally planned to appear in Lego Batman 2.

<p>I'd say that Ocean Master is definitely going to be in it, because he is one of Aquaman's greatest villains. Shining Knight is likely, but I doubt that Billy Numerous will be in it, as he only was in the comics very briefly. And his duplication powers might be hard to design. It would be cool if he was in it, though. </p>

<p>I definitely think there should be a Watchtower set. I also think that Wonder Woman and Superman should get their own sets, without Batman. I think that Flash should get a couple new sets, in honor of the Flash TV show.
