The rare "Dig Those Dinos" Minifigure was a special giveaway at LEGOLAND California for digging in their sandbox. It was given to small children, and is quite different than the regular minifigure.

The torso is made out of a different, cheaper plastic and has the words "Dig Those Dinos" written on it in a bootleg-style fashion. The legs also appear to be a single part, meaning that the legs are not separate from the hip part, and cannot be removed. It was only given away for a short period of time in 2007.
