10922 Ariel's Undersea Castle is a DUPLO set that was released on August 24, 2020 under the LEGO Disney subtheme. It was released earlier in Europe and Australia.

Background[]

Ariel's undersea castle, also known as "Triton's Palace," was the home of King Triton, Queen Athena, Ariel's sisters, Ariel, and Sebastian. It was surrounded by the city of Atlantica, which was where the majority of Atlantican residents lived. The palace holds bedrooms for every member, a large dining room, many hallways, a concert hall, and a treasury. The castle was the residence and political capitol of the undersea kingdom of Atlantica, and most major royal events happened in the castle. Despite being a massive and luxurious palace, Ariel did not enjoy living in her palace and eventually fled the palace to elope with a human prince, which her father initially disapproved of but eventually let her do.
