1196 Racing Cyclist is a promotional Town set released in 2000 for Telekom in the Tour de France annual bike race. The set contains one minifigure and a pink bicycle.

- The minifigure wears mostly pink, similar to the bike, and has a black letter 'T' on its chest, which stands for Telekom.
