11995 HERO Factory Recon is a Hero Factory set released in 2011. The model of choice was custom-built on herorecon.lego.com using elements from the Hero Factory hero models of 2011 (excluding Rocka XL), with custom weapons and as a custom name made from three sub-names. A exclusive piece was included: Part 92201 in black fading to silver. The set came with instructions which also included an exclusive Hero Recon sticker.
