1309 Church is a LEGO set, released in 1957. It contains a church and one tree. It re-released in 1958 as set 309 Church with one less piece.

- The church in its three different forms was in production from 1957 to 1962.
- The colour of the bottom plates was changed from grey to white, and the sticker was changed from '1762' to 'ANNO 1762' from 1960 onward.
