1711 Snow Scooter is an Ice Planet 2002 set released in 1994. It contains a small vehicle with an Ice Planet 2002 astronaut.
This polybag set was only available in the US and is otherwise identical to the boxed set 1731 Snow Scooter which was available elsewhere. It was also released as a promotional set for the Japanese company Kabaya as 3014 Space Diver in 1999.
Description
The astronaut is equipped with a transparent orange chainsaw and a loudhailer but not with skis.
