1711 Snow Scooter is an Ice Planet 2002 set released in 1994. This was a polybag set only being available in the United States and is otherwise identical to the boxed set 1731 Snow Scooter which was available everywhere elsewhere. It was also released as a promotional set for the Japanese company, Kabaya as 3014 Space Diver in 1999.
