1712 Crossbow Cart is a Dragon Masters set released in 1993. It contains a cart with two crossbows and a soldier from the Dragon Masters.
It was only available in the US and is otherwise identical to the boxed set 1732 Crossbow Cart which was available elsewhere. The 1288 Fire Cart set that was sold 7 years later still resembled this set, save that that set has fire pieces instead of crossbows.
