1731 Snow Scooter is an Ice Planet 2002 set released in 1994. It contains a small vehicle with an Ice Planet 2002 astronaut.
This set was not available in the US and is the boxed version of the otherwise identical polybag set 1711 Snow Scooter which was only available in the US. It was also released as a promotional set for the Japanese company Kabaya as 3014 Space Diver in 1999.
Description
The Ice Scooter is one of the smallest Ice Planet vehicles. It has room for one pilot. It carries a gun/loudspeaker on one side and a chainsaw on the other. It has two thrusters and a control panel for the pilot.
