1731 Snow Scooter is an Ice Planet 2002 set released in 1994. It contains a small vehicle with an Ice Planet 2002 astronaut.
This set was not available in the US and is the boxed version of the otherwise identical polybag set 1711 Snow Scooter which was only available in the US. It was also released as a promotional set for the Japanese company Kabaya as 3014 Space Diver in 1999.
Details
The astronaut is equipped with a transparent orange chainsaw and a loudhailer but not with skis.
