2143 Rocka 3.0 is a Hero Factory set that was released in July 2011. The set includes Rocka 3.0, a gold and black hero. His helmet is stylized to look like the head of a lion.
Description
Rocka wears gold and black armor, and his weapon is a complex 'hand' sporting two blades and two claws. His head and core are white, and his transparent green badge is on his left forearm. Rocka's one hand is black, corresponding to the colour of his thigh armour and the armour on his right arm. His helmet is shaped like a lion head, and he is the tallest hero of the 3.0 series.[1] His specialities are speed, strength, and ferocity.
Background
Sent by the Hero Factory to assist Aldous Witch on the mining planet of Quatros, Rocka called for the Alpha 1 Team's backup when faced by Aldous, now transformed into the evil Witch Doctor and enslaving the creatures. Later, he received an XL upgrade that enabled him to defeat Aldous Witch.
Notes
- Rocka's first name is Daniel, according to the credits of the Savage Planet DVD. However, that name was confirmed as non-canon by a member of the Hero Factory story team. In the TV version he was simply called Rocka.
- In his XL variant, his claw is in his left hand instead of his right.
- He is voiced by Tom Kenny, who also voices Nathan Evo in Hero Factory, He has voiced many beloved cartoon characters over the years, including Spongebob.
- This is Rocka's first appearance as a set.
