2586 LEGO Chess Promotional Set is a Castle promotional set released in 1998. It was bundled with the computer game 5702 LEGO Chess. It contains a king minifigure on a throne. It also features a silver crystal.

Notes

The king's torso piece made its first appearance in this set, but became more well-known as part of King Leo's knights in the Knights' Kingdom theme from 2000.
