2853590 Chrome Stormtrooper is a Star Wars themed set released in 2010. It was released to celebrate episode five of the Star Wars trilogy. These are scheduled to be given out in the UK in October as a promotion when you spend over £30 at Toys R Us.

Notes

They were being given out when you spent a certain amount on a purchase at Toys"R"Us Spain from February 25 – March 27.
They were being given out when you spent $11.99 or more on LEGO Star Wars sets from March 14 - March 20.
There was also a chrome Darth Vader.
Besides the Chrome colored figures, there was also a 14 carat golden C-3PO released.
Beginning in August 2010, Toys"R"Us in the United States was giving these out with any purchase of a Star Wars set until August 29 2010.
