31012 Family House is a Creator set to be released in 2013. It includes two figures a man and woman, possibly husband and wife. It also features a lightbrick.

Description

The set is to include a white two-storey house with tan window frames and a dark red and brown roof ^[1]. Along with the house, a small car can be constructed. Alternately, a villa can be built from the set, or a small factory ^[1].
