346 House with Car was a LEGOLAND set released in 1969. This set contained a small house with an annexed garage and a car on a tiled driveway. Placed upon a green baseplate with three trees and a fenced front yard.

Notes

The baseplate 32x24 with rounded corners was unique to this set
The three trees were the older flat type of trees which were hand painted.
346 House with Car was also included in 380 Village Set
