41369 Mia's House is a Friends-themed set released in 2019. It includes Mia, Angus, Ann, house, well, dining table, Metzie horse figure, Twister rabbit figure, and several accessories. It cost US $29.99, and UK £24.99.
Description[]
Mia's house is two storys high, with an attic bedroom for Mia. It is built using a colour scheme consisting of medium lilac, bright orange, dark azur, brick yellow, dark stone grey, medium stone grey, and medium nougat. The house has 4 rooms; Mia's bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. A climbing wall is featured on the side of the house and includes a hidden entrance to Mia's bedroom. A set of stairs, leading to the second floor balcony, is found on th side of the house and also serves as a grooming area.
A table with chairs is included as a separate build to extend the kitchen. A well is also included.
Accessory elements include a mixer, spatula, bowl, baguette, frying pan, sunny-side-up egg, plate, cutlery, 3 cups, 3 cupcake cases and a baking tray, saddle, bridle, helmet, roller skates, beehive, cell phone and a camera.

Mia has light nougat skin and straight, bright red hair tied up in a ponytail. She wears a white shirt with bright orange sleeves and an acorn emblem, a pair of olive green shorts, and bright orange tennis shoes.
Angus has light nougat skin and short, dark orange hair and mustache. He wears a dark tan collared shirt, bright yellowish green park ranger badge, earth blue trousers, and brick yellow shoes.
Ann has light nougat skin and dark orange hair in a long braid. She wears a bright yellowish green shirt with a medium lavender collar and dark green belt and details, dark stone grey trousers, and reddish brown shoes.
