- The Biker is exclusive to this set.
- This is the first City set to be based on emergency medical care since 2007.
- The stretcher has been slightly redesigned.
- The male paramedic's hair is a different colour on the box art.
- The bike rider/patient has both a hairpiece and a helmet.
- This might be linked to Hospital see hospital rescue.
- This ambulance cannot fit inside the 4429 Hospital garage.
- The female Paramedic is named "Paramedic Poppy" in LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed.
- It is included in 66451 City Vehicles Super Pack with DVD.
