4431 Ambulance is a City set that was released in late 2011. It includes an ambulance, a stretcher, a pavement with a trash can, a traffic light, and a fire hydrant. It includes 2 paramedics, a biker, and a green bike. It contains 199 pieces.

- This is the first City set to be based on emergency medical care since 2007.
