Description[]
The set includes the Nitro Pulverizer racecar and one minifigure racer. It can be combined with the 4584 Hot Scorcher to form a dragster, the instructions for which were in the May–June 2003 LEGO Magazine issue.

The Nitro Pulverizer is one of Team Nitro's racecars. It can be bought in the Drome Racers game as a basic vehicle.

Team: Nitro There's a joke they play on rookie Stunt Area drivers in the Drome. They have the rookies line up behind the Nitro Pulverizer at the starting line, then watch the fun when the Pulverizer's jet boosters go off and melt the tires of the cars behind it. A streamlined, off-road beast, the Pulverizer can take anything the Drome throws at it, and more. The Pulverizer punishes obstacles and soars over deep ravines the way normal cars go over a little pothole. Back in the pits, Shicane works fast to transform the Pulverizer into any of its three main configurations: a monster truck for stunt competitions, a low-slung 4x4 for jungle racing or a heavy-duty version for canyon racing. |
