4594 Maverick Sprinter & Hot Arrow is a Drome Racers set released in 2002. The set includes a ramp and two off-road race cars, both of which drive by a pull-back motor. Although the cars seem to have Minifigures driving them , they were specialised pieces with just a Minifigure head and helmet on them.
