4641 Speed Boat is an City set released in 2011. It includes 34 pieces.

Description

The speed boat features an under slope with three rounds attached to the bottom.^[1] A large bright red slope is attached to the under slope and has two grills at the front.^[2] The back has enough room to sit one minifigure.^[3] The rear has a small motor that can move up and down. The boat does not float in water.

Despite being shown as including an old style life jacket, it actually includes a more realistic newly moulded life jacket piece.
