4959 Loader-Dozer is a Rock Raiders set that was never released. It is shown in a 1999 UK catalog, although it was never available in stores or through the LEGO Shop. It is the same set as 4950 Loader-Dozer.

- It is unclear whether 4959 Loader-Dozer actually existed or if its listing in the UK catalog is merely a typo, given that it is just one digit off from the correct 4950 Loader-Dozer (which is listed in all other catalogs), and all other non-promotional Rock Raiders sets strictly have 49X0 (where X is a digit other than 6 or 0) as their item numbers. However, it is worth noting that no other LEGO set uses the number 4959.
