The 4999 Vestas Wind Turbine is a Town set released in 2008. It contains a wind turbine on top of a small house and a van with 3 minifigures.
The set is motorized with Power Functions so that it actually spins. It is a limited edition set released in conjunction with Vestas, a wind power company.
Background
The model is based on the V90-3.0 MW turbine distributed by Vestas. The set itself has a maintenance van that is used to fix the wind turbines. The company is Danish so LEGO picked it because LEGO is Danish as well. LEGO's recreation of this wind turbine is very accurate to the real thing.
