5001709 Clone Trooper Lieutenant is a Star Wars polybag released in 2013. The minifigure was first given away to volunteers during a Star Wars Weekend at LEGOLAND California on June 15 and 16. It was later available as a promotion in the United States in LEGO Stores and on the official online LEGO Shop in September and October.
