Basic Building Set 5+ is a Basic set released in 1990. It includes two Minifigures and pieces to build many creations including a house plane and windmill.
The Windmill:
The red roof with the attached windmill can be rotated around vertical axis allowing to align in direction of incoming wind.
The House:
In this set, there is a rare "Clock"-part included. It's a 2x1 brick (in this Set coloured blue) with a face of a clock imprinted.
