6009 Black Knight is a Castle set released in 1992. Coming out at the same time that his faction was relaunched, it includes a knight minifigure a horse, two swords, the new oval shield, the new dragon plume and visor dragon wings, and a small weapon rack with a lance and a crossbow.
The knight is very similar to his counterpart in the 6086 Black Knight's Castle, sharing the facial hair, black visor on grey helmet, and black horse. However in 6009, the dragon plume is red instead of yellow, there is a red saddle instead of the red dragon barding, and there is a brown (wooden) lance instead of a grey (metal) one that had only one flag instead of two.
