6243 Brickbeard's Bounty is a Pirates set released in 2009. It contains a pirate ship, a rowboat, Captain Brickbeard, three pirates, the Admiral's Daughter, Imperial Guards, and a Mermaid (the bowsprit decoration). It also included a monkey, a parrot, and a shark big enough to hold a LEGO minifigure or 20 LEGO fish.
Notes
- The pirate ship is similar to the 6285 Black Seas Barracuda-both have red/white sails and light coloured details.
- A silhouette of the Imperial Flagship could be seen on the box art as a promotion for the ship, although the Imperial Flagship was not released until 2010.
- In LEGO Battles, the picture of the Brickbeard's Bounty is of a ship that doesn't exist. The picture of the Pirate Battleship is of the true Bounty.
