6491 Rocket Racer is a Time Cruisers set released in 1996 that included Timmy.
The set
The set consists of a small wheeled vehicle (the Rocket Racer) piloted by Timmy. At the front of the Racer there is a single wheel, with a slanted piece above it, and connected to that are two rockets, one on each side. Behind that, sits Timmy, in the cockpit of the ship. Behind that, there is a large engine-like construction with two propellers on top, and fire shooting out from it's rear.
