6880 Surface Explorer is a Classic Space set released in 1982. It contains a ground vehicle steered by a yellow Classic Space astronaut. According to brickset parts of this set were used to build 1593 Lever Bros Space Set.
Description[]
The Surface Explorer has two flexible robot arms, one with a gripper at the front and one with a shovel at the rear. On its back is a rotatable dish antenna. The vehicle has two control stands mounted on its sides which face in opposite directions.
