6969 Celestial Stinger was an Insectoids set released in 1998. The set contained 1 Insectoid and 2 Insectoid droid Minifigures, a big spaceship, and two small fliers.
The spaceship is strangely shaped for an Insectoids set, but it uses a sound brick as an aerodynamic front. The back has got legs too. The ship can split up into one small ship, two smaller ships detachable with magnets, and an base/ship. That base holds an examine pod at the very back, and two minifigure guns.
