The base is built onto two crater baseplates. On the ground level is a railtrack (which consists only of a tiled surface) on which a launch platform for the rocket can slide back and forth. The track leads into an assembly hall whose roof can be opened to accept the whole rocket. Next to the hall is a control center with large yellow windows, which is connected to a launching ramp for the small spacecraft via a narrow walkway.
